摘　　要：政治执行力是党的政治建设的重要内容。当前,高校基层党组织的政治执行力在宗旨意识、政治站位、主观能动性、实干精神方面存在一定的问题,是党内不良政治生态因素、社会不良风气和党建意识薄弱等综合影响的结果。新时代高校基层党组织政治执行力建设需要明确主体职责,优化党内政治生态,需要构建多维模式,营造良好社会风气,需要打造多元共同体,增强党建责任意识。Political executive ability is an important content of the Party's political construction.At present,the political executive ability of basic-level party organizations in colleges and universities has certain problems in terms of purpose consciousness,political position,subjective initiative and practical spirit,which are the result of the comprehensive influence of bad political ecological factors in the Party,bad social atmosphere and weak Party building awareness.In the new era,the construction of the political executive ability of basic-level party organizations in colleges and universities needs to clarify the main responsibilities to optimize the political ecology within the Party,construct a multi-dimensional model to create a good social atmosphere,build a diverse community to enhance the sense of responsibility for Party building.
