切眉术与眶脂取出术在眉下垂上睑松弛患者中应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究切眉术与眶脂取出术在眉下垂上睑松弛患者中应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年12月收治的眉下垂合并上睑松弛患者97例,回顾分析病历资料,观察治疗效果、手术安全性、就医评价。结果经过手术,98.97%(96/97)的患者一次成功,1.03%(1/97)的患者经二次手术后达到预期。2.06%(2/97)的患者出现创口红肿,并发症诱因为未遵医嘱。就医评价优良率为98.97%(96/97)。结论对上睑松弛眉下垂患者实施切眉术以及眶脂取出术可提升其面部美观度,手术效果较好,安全性较高,患者满意度较高。Objective To study the effect of eyebrow incision and orbital fat removal in the treatment of drooping eyebrows and upper eyelid relaxation.Methods From February 2018 to December 2019,97 patients with brow drooping and upper eyelid laxity were selected,and the data were reviewed and analyzed,and the treatment effect,surgical safety,and medical evaluation were observed.Results After the operation,98.97%(96/97)of the patients were successful at one time,and 1.03%(1/97)of the patients reached the expectation after the second operation,2.06%(2/97)of the patients had redness and swelling of the wound,and the complications were caused by failure to follow the doctor's advice.The excellent and good rate of medical evaluation was 98.97%(96/97).Conclusion For patients with sagging upper eyebrows,eyebrow cutting and orbital fat removal can improve their facial aesthetics,with better surgical results,higher safety,and higher patient satisfaction.
