摘 要:目的探讨赋能教育对食管癌支架置入术后患者的影响。方法选取本院2020年5月至2021年5月收治的150例食管癌支架置入术后患者,随机分成两组,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用赋能教育。比较两组患者的术后护理效果。结果观察组术后护理认知度为96.10%(74/77),高于对照组的82.19%(60/73),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组AHSMSRS评分、积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.49%(5/77),低于对照组的19.18%(14/73),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赋能教育可提高食管癌支架置入术后患者的术后护理认知度,改善其消极情绪,同时能增强患者自我管理能力,减少并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of enabling education on patients with esophageal cancer after stent implantation.Methods From May 2020 to May 2021,150 patients with esophageal cancer after stent implantation in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received empowerment education.The postoperative nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The cognition of postoperative nursing in the observation group was 96.10%(74/77)higher than that in the control group(82.19%)(60/73),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,AHSMSRS score and positive coping score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while negative coping score was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.49%(5/77)lower than that in the control group(19.18%,14/73),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enabling education can improve postoperative nursing awareness of patients with esophageal cancer after stent implantation,improve their negative emotions,enhance their self-management ability,and reduce the incidence of complications.
