探究腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除治疗巨大子宫肌瘤的效果

摘　　要：目的探究在巨大子宫肌瘤治疗中运用腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除的临床效果。方法抽取我院2017年5月至2019年3月收治巨大子宫肌瘤患者88例,随机分组,传统组、腹腔镜辅助组均有44例,传统组接受传统开腹手术治疗,腹腔镜辅助组则在腹腔镜下完成阴式子宫切除手术,记录手术时间、术中出血量、首次下地时间、初次排气时间、住院时间、治疗费用、术后出血量,统计术后并发症,评估术后疼痛情况。结果腹腔镜辅助组初次排气、下床活动、手术、住院时间与传统组对比显著更短(P<0.05),术中、术后出血量更少(P<0.05),治疗费用更高(P<0.05),并发症发生率明显更低(P<0.05)。结论临床巨大子宫肌瘤治疗中给予腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除治疗效果确切,比较传统开腹手术,其创伤性更小,患者康复更快,可积极推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of giant uterine fibroids.Methods Eightyeight cases of giant uterine leiomyoma were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to March 2019,and 44 cases were randomly divided,the traditional group and the laparoscope-assisted group,and the traditional group received the traditional open-laparotomy,and the laparoscopic-assisted group completed the vaginal hysterectomy under the laparoscope,and the operation time was recorded.The amount of blood loss during the operation,the first time for the first time,the first time of the exhaust,the time of hospitalization,the treatment cost,the postoperative blood loss,the postoperative complications,and the postoperative pain.Results Laparoscopy-assisted group compared with the traditional group(P<0.05),the first and the lower bed activities of the group were significantly shorter than that of the traditional group(P<0.05),and the amount of bleeding during the operation was significantly lower than that of the second group(P<0.05),and the treatment cost was significantly higher than that of the auxiliary group(P<0.05),the incidence of complications was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of large-scale uterine fibroids is exact,the traditional laparotomy is compared,the trauma is less,the recovery of the patient is faster,and the use can be promoted actively.
