摘　　要：目的探讨氟桂利嗪抗菌药物联合手术治疗中枢神经系统感染患者继发癫痫的临床效果。方法根据研究需要,将2017年3月至2019年3月我院收治的80例中枢神经系统感染继发癫痫患者分为两组,40例参照组患者采用氟桂利嗪抗菌药物进行治疗,40例研究组患者在参照组基础上联合癫痫病灶切除术、姑息手术和神经调控手术进行治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果进行评价。结果在临床疗效方面比较,研究组的治疗有效率高于参照组,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。在不良反应方面比较,研究组与参照组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。在预后方面比较,研究组的Engel分级表评级优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论采用氟桂利嗪抗菌药物联合手术治疗中枢神经系统感染患者继发癫痫,效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of flunarizine combined with antibiotics in the treatment of secondary epilepsy in patients with central nervous system infection.Methods According to the research needs,80 patients with epilepsy secondary to central nervous system infection admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were divided into two groups.Forty patients in the reference group were treated with flunarizine antibiotics,and 40 patients in the study group were treated with epilepsy focus resection,palliative surgery,and neuromodulation surgery on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of adverse reactions,there was no significant difference between the study group and the reference group(P>0.05).In terms of prognosis,the Engel rating table of the study group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Flunarizine combined with surgery is effective in the treatment of secondary epilepsy in patients with central nervous system infection.
