肝病患者聚合酶链反应法检测血中纳米细菌的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨肝病患者聚合酶链反应法(PCR)检测血中纳米细菌的临床价值。方法此研究对象为2018年1月至2019年4月入住我院并接受治疗的110例肝病患者和40名同时间段接受健康体检的人员,对其血中纳米细菌分别进行ELASA法及PCR检测,对2种检查方式的结果进行对比。结果经ELASA法检测,有90例患者呈现阳性,60例呈现阴性。PCR技术检测,有110例患者呈现阳性,40例呈现阴性。两种方法检测结果显示,肝病患者纳米细菌的总感染率明显高于健康人(P<0.05);二者检测方法对结果无明显差异。而在检测敏感度与特异度方面,PCR技术敏感度明显高于ELASA法,ELASA法特异度明显高于PCR技术。结论在肝病患者中采用聚合酶链反应法检测纳米细菌,可提高检测结果的敏感度,更好的对临床患者进行筛查,提高临床诊断率。Objective To explore the clinical value of Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR)for the detection of nanobacteria in blood of liver disease patients.Methods The subjects of this study were 110 patients with liver disease who were admitted to our hospital and received treatment from January 2018 to April 2019,and 40 people who underwent health examinations at the same time period.The nanobacteria in their blood were tested by ELASA method and PCR respectively.Compare the results of the two inspection methods.Results The ELASA method was used to detect 90 cases of ELASA positive and 60 cases of ELASA negative.PCR test showed that 110 patients were positive and 40 were negative.The results of the two methods showed that the total infection rate of nanobacteria in liver disease patients was significantly higher than that in healthy people(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two detection methods.In terms of detection sensitivity and specificity,the sensitivity of PCR technology was significantly higher than ELASA comparison,and the specificity of ELASA method was significantly higher than that of PCR technology.Conclusion In patients with liver disease,polymerase chain reaction(PCR)can improve the sensitivity of detection results,better screening of clinical patients,and improve the clinical diagnosis rate.
