摘 要:卵巢癌是女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤中死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,早期难以发现,并易复发和耐药。Wnt/β-catenin信号通路异常激活与卵巢癌发生、发展密切相关,可通过调节Wnt/β-catenin信号通路为卵巢癌的预防和治疗提供新的策略。本文就Wnt/β-catenin通路的激活过程及其与卵巢癌的关系作一综述,以期为卵巢癌的防治提供参考。Ovarian cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest mortality among the malignant tumors of the female reproductive system,which is difficult to detect in the early stage,and is easy to relapse and drug resistance.Abnormal activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is closely related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer,which can provide new strategies for the prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer by regulating Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.This article reviews the activation process of Wnt/β-catenin pathway and its relationship with ovarian cancer,in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer.
