摘  要:摩擦离合器作为机械传动设备中重要的传动部件,在工作过程中到一定程度就会失效。摩擦离合器的寿命问题是需要研究的重要问题之一。文中建立计算摩擦离合器寿命模型,在高速重载的工况下考虑摩擦副失效形式和摩擦材料的影响,分析输入转速和摩擦材料的磨损率等对摩擦离合器寿命的影响。研究结果表明:随着输入转速的提高,接合寿命不断下降,但下降的速率由快到慢;接合寿命随着磨损率的增大而减小,但随着磨损率不断增大,寿命减小的速率在降低;接合寿命随着油槽深度的增大而增大;离合器寿命随着从动轴转动惯量的增大而减小;接合寿命随着油槽面积系数的增大而增大。As an important transmission component in mechanical transmission equipment,friction clutches will fail to a certain extent during the working process.The service life of friction clutch is one of the important issues that need to be studied.This paper establishes a model for calculating the service life of friction clutches.Under high-speed and heavy-load conditions,the failure form of the friction pair and the influence of friction materials are considered,and the influence of input speed and wear rate of friction materials on the service life of friction clutches is analyzed.The research results show that:as the input speed increases,the joint life continues to decrease,but the rate of decline is from fast to slow;the joint life decreases with the increase of the wear rate,but as the wear rate increases,the descent rate of life decreases;the joint life increases with the increase of the oil groove depth;the clutch life decreases with the increase of the moment of inertia of the driven shaft;the joint life increases with the increase of the oil groove area coefficient.
