摘  要:日常喷雾中,由于消毒液体可能会对人体造成危害,并且需要消耗人力。为解决上述问题,设计了一种智能卧式双筒喷雾机器人。机器人底座顶面的中部固定安装有固定支柱,用于安装喷雾和双目摄像头,在底座的顶面分别固定安装有电气箱和水箱;电气箱与底座之间固定安装有电机组,电气箱内固定安装有电源、PLC控制模块和驱动模块。机器人采用双目摄像头对目标数据提取,利用双目标定技术建立系统,识别出相应目标及其喷洒点的三维坐标,得出机器与对象之间的三维距离。通过控制电压从而确定机器的喷洒距离和出水强度。In daily spraying,the disinfectant liquid may cause harm to the human body and consume manpower.In order to solve the above problems,an intelligent horizontal dual-cylinder spray robot is designed.A fixed pillar is installed in the middle of the top surface of the robot base for spray and binocular cameras.An electric box and a water tank are installed on the top surface of the base respectively;a motor unit is installed between the electric box and the base.The power supply,PLC control module and drive module are installed in the electrical box.The robot uses binocular cameras to extract target data,uses dual target targeting technology to establish a system,recognizes the corresponding target and the three-dimensional coordinates of its spray point,and obtains the three-dimensional distance between the machine and the object.The spraying distance and water intensity of the machine are determined by controlling the voltage.
