摘　　要：根据ANSI B92.1b-1996渐开线花键标准,介绍了液压元件设计中常用到的30°压力角平齿根齿侧配合的双径节渐开线花键基本参数的计算,通过一系列公式推导,得出了花键配合侧隙及跨棒距的计算原理,可以在已知花键侧隙设计要求的情况,确定花键跨棒距的设计方法。According to ANSI B92.1b-1996 involute spline standard,this paper introduces the basic parameters calculation of double diametral pitch involute spline with 30°pressure angle and flat root side fit commonly used in hydraulic component design.Through a series of formula derivation,the calculation principle of spline fit backlash and dimension over two pins is obtained.The design method of the spline dimension over two pins can be determined when the design requirements of the spline backlash are known.
