摘  要:针对码头吸粮机在实际使用中存在的吸粮管道密封不良导致的压降及密封组件不易更换、产量波动大的问题,本文结合工厂吸粮机实例,通过对吸粮管道密封组件改造优化、重新设计,并结合运行情况,对改造优化效果进行了评估,优化改造后吸粮机产量稳定,可为其他工厂同类问题的解决提供参考。In order to solve the problems of pressure drop,seal component not easy to change and large output fluctuation caused by poor seal of the suction pipe during the actual use of the pneumatic conveying.In this study,combining with the example of the factory suction machine,the seal assemblies of grain suction pipeline were optimized and redesigned.Meanwhile,the effect after optimized reform was evaluated,and the output of grainsuction machine was stable,which could provide reference for solving similar problems in other factories.
