摘　　要：当前教育事业快速发展,以立德树人为根本任务,基于“三全育人”视域下,本文从阐释高校后勤服务体系的概念内涵入手,结合目前各大高校发展实践,就高校后勤服务体系如何高效运行展开相关研究,主要论述后勤服务体系效率低下的问题,提出高效运行的相关策略,从而提升后勤管理水平与服务效能,实现后勤服务效果优质化,服务育人全面化。With the rapid development of education career,the fundamental task is to cultivate people by virtue.Based on Three Whole Cultivation under the horizon,it is to explain the connotation of the concept of the college logistics service system,combining the universities development practice.The related research of the logistics service system of colleges and universities high-efficiency operation discusses mainly the low efficiency of the logistics service system and puts forward the relevant strategies for efficient operation,so as to improve logistics management level and service efficiency and achieve high-quality logistics service effect and comprehensive service education.
