摘　　要：癌症严重威胁人类健康,寻找有效的抗癌药物与方法,彻底攻克癌症,是世界医学界重要的研究课题.目前治疗癌症常用的药物一般为合成药物,但合成药物在治疗中可能会出现明显的毒副作用,天然药物越来越受到人们的重视.天然毒素在生物学、医学及药学等许多领域有广阔的应用前景,其中蛇毒的研究最为广泛.蛇毒的成分复杂且毒性较大,但研究发现蛇毒的许多组分可以抑制肿瘤生长,对肿瘤的治疗有很好的临床效果.概述了近年来关于蛇毒抗肿瘤的活性成分及机制的研究进展.Cancer is a serious threat to human health.Finding effective anti-cancer drugs and methods to completely conquer cancer is an important research topic in the world medical community.Nowadays,synthetic drugs are commonly used in the treatment of cancer.However,synthetic drugs may have obvious side effects.More and more attention has been paid to natural drugs.Natural toxins have broad application prospects in many fields such as biology,medicine and pharmacy.Among these natural toxins snake venom the most widely studied natural substance.The components of snake venom are complex and toxic.However,studies have found that many components of snake venom can inhibit tumor growth and have good clinical effect on tumor treatment.Therefore,in this paper,the anti-tumor active ingredients and mechanisms of snake venom reported in recent years are briefly summarized.
