口腔修复中应用二氧化锆修复体的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察采用二氧化锆修复体在口腔修复过程中对咀嚼能力的影响。方法选择90例2019年1月至2020年10月进行口腔修复治疗的患者,根据治疗方法不同分成对照组和试验组。对照组45例患者采用镍铬合金修复体治疗方法,试验组患者采用二氧化锆修复体治疗方法。对比2组患者治疗前后的牙体功能、治疗效果、牙龈情况。结果2组患者治疗后,牙体功能都得到了明显改善,包括患者的咬合力和咀嚼能力;2组患者牙龈指标都有所改善,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在患者的口腔修复治疗中,利用二氧化锆修复体可以得到明显的修复治疗效果,能够改善患者的牙体功能,优化患者的牙龈指标,可以在临床上进行推广。Objective To investigate the effect of using zirconium dioxide restorations on the mastication ability of patients in the process of oral restoration.Methods Ninety patients undergoing oral prosthetic treatment were selected between January 2019 and October 2020 and were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to treatment methods.Forty-five patients in the control group were treated with nickel-chromium alloy restorations,while patients in the experimental group were treated with zirconium dioxide restorations.After treatments,the dental function,treatment effect,and gingival condition of the two groups of patients before and after treatments were compared.Finally,the quality of the treatment of the two groups of patients was compared.Results Dental function,such as bite force and chewing ability of patients,of the two groups of patients was significantly improved.The gingival indicators of the two groups of patients were improved;however,the gingival indicators of the control group were slightly worse.In some cases,the difference between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zirconium dioxide can be used as oral restoration treatment for patients and can improve the dental function of patients and optimize their gingival indicators;therefore,it can be promoted in clinics.
