摘　　要：进入新时代,企业研发能力与活力更加重要,不仅是企业创新竞争力的根本,更是国家产业技术创新的命脉。从中国企业研发经费情况入手,研发规模的快速增长体现了整体实力的提升,通过研发规模、经费结构、研发活跃度特征分析,有效地展现了新时代以来中国企业研发能力与活力。本文总结了新时代以来中国企业研发活动的基本特征,认为“十四五”时期中国企业研发在保规模的基础上,应着重在结构优化上发力,并提出进一步加强企业自主研发能力的创新政策建议。Entering the new era,corporate R&D ability and vitality are becoming more and more important,which is not only the foundation of corporate innovation competitiveness,but also the lifeblood of national industrial technology innovation.Starting from the R&D expenditures of Chinese enterprises,the rapid growth of R&D scale reflects the improvement of overall strength.Through the analysis of R&D scale,funding structure,and R&D activity characteristics,this paper effectively demonstrated R&D ability and vitality of Chinese enterprises since the new era.This paper summarized the basic characteristics of Chinese enterprise R&D activities in the new era.During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,Chinese enterprise R&D should focus on structural optimization on the basis of ensuring scale.What′s more,it proposes innovation policy suggestions to strengthen the enterprise independent research and development ability.
