摘　　要：目的探讨信号传导及转录活化因子3(STAT3)和Jagged1在骨软骨瘤组织、骨肉瘤组织的表达及临床意义。方法选取大庆油田总医院2016年3月至2021年5月30例骨软骨瘤组织和84例骨肉瘤组织标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测上述组织STAT3蛋白和Jagged1蛋白的表达状态,采用χ^(2)检验分析其与各临床病理因素之间的关系。结果STAT3蛋白表达率在骨肉瘤组织和骨软骨瘤组织分别为63.10%(53/84)、13.33%(4/30),两者差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.895,P<0.01);STAT3蛋白表达水平与骨肉瘤恩内金分期(Eneeking分期)、肺转移明显相关(χ^(2)=5.001、5.085,P<0.05)。Jagged1蛋白表达率在骨肉瘤组织和骨软骨瘤组织分别为70.23%(59/84)、10.00(3/30),两者差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=32.334,P<0.01)。Jagged1蛋白表达水平与骨肉瘤Eneeking分期、肺转移、软组织浸润明显相关(χ^(2)=5.403、4.571、0.161,P<0.05)。结论STAT3蛋白和Jagged1蛋白高表达是骨肉瘤侵袭、转移的生物学标志,检测STAT3和Jagged1有助于评估骨肉瘤患者病情进展。Objective To Investigate the expression and clinical significance of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)and Jagged1 in osteochondroma tissues and osteosarcoma tissues.Methods 30 osteochondroma tissues and 84 osteosarcoma tissues were selected from Daqing Oilfield General Hospital from March 2016 to May 2021,the expression of STAT3 protein and Jagged1 protein in the above tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.Chi-square test was used to statistical analyze the relationship between the expression of STAT3 protein,Jagged1 protein and clinicopathological factors.Results The STAT3 protein expression rate in osteosarcoma and osteochondroma tissues was 63.10%(53/84)and 13.33%(4/30),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=21.895,P<0.01).The expressions of STAT3 protein were related osteosarcoma to Eneeking stage and lung metastasis(Respectively,χ^(2)=5.001,5.085,P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The expression rate of Jagged1 protein in osteosarcoma and osteochondroma tissues was 70.23%(59/84)and 10.00(3/30),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=32.334,P<0.01).the expressions of Jagged1 protein were related osteosarcoma to Eneeking stage,lung metastasis and soft tissue involvement(Respectively,χ^(2)=5.403,4.571,0.161,P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The high expression of STAT3 protein and Jagged1 protein are biological marker of invasion and metastasis of osteosarcoma,detection of STAT3 and Jagged1 are expected to be reference index for evaluating the disease progression of patients with osteosarcoma.
