啤酒产品的标准化和个性化

摘  要:伴随啤酒产品的个性化发展趋势,啤酒产品及品类日益丰富并不断发展,其间也面临一些新问题。在啤酒标准化体系完善、行业发展日臻成熟的今天,啤酒行业面临标准化是否会限制啤酒产品的个性化发展和产品创新效能,标准化与个性化之间如何权衡,保障啤酒产品升级和可持续发展等新问题。本文通过梳理和分析啤酒发展历史过程及啤酒发展现状,从而对当前啤酒产品的标准化和个性化之间的关系展开论述,为其在自身发展过程中如何正确处理这些关系提供理论参考,从而有效保障个性化啤酒实现标准化。With the personalized development of beer products,beer products and categories are increasingly rich and developing,but also facing some new problems.Nowadays,the beer standardization system is perfect,and the industry development is becoming more and more mature.The beer industry faces whether standardization will limit the personalized development of beer products and product innovation efficiency,how to balance between standardization and individuationsoasto guarantee the beer product upgrade and sustainable development aswellas other new problems.This paper discussedthe relationship between standardization and individuation of beer products by sorting out and analyzing the historical process of beer development and the current status of beer development,and providedtheoretical reference to correctly deal with these relations in its development process,so as to effectively guarantee the standardization of personalized beer.
