摘  要:随着电力系统和氢气系统耦合程度的加深,含电-氢系统(electricity-hydrogen system,EHS)的交直流混合微电网已成为能源系统发展方向之一。针对含EHS的孤岛型交直流混合微电网进行可靠性评估,首先,建立EHS模型和负荷模型;其次,从系统级和设备级两个角度定义了系统的可靠性指标体系,并且提出了系统负荷削减与功率调度策略;再次,考虑元件故障、源网荷不确定性等多种随机性因素,提出基于序贯蒙特卡洛模拟法的含EHS的孤岛型交直流混合微电网可靠性评估方法;最后,以改进的RBTS BUS6 F4作为算例系统,对系统可靠性以及新能源总容量和EHS中设备容量对系统可靠性的影响进行仿真分析。结果表明:引入EHS可以有效提高系统可靠性水平;新能源总容量存在最优值使得系统可靠性水平达到最高;增加EHS中某一设备容量可以提升系统可靠性,但提升程度受该设备容量制约。As the coupling between the power system and the hydrogen system deepens,the AC/DC hybrid microgrid with the electricity-hydrogen system(EHS)has become one of the development directions of energy systems.In this work,the reliability evaluation of islanded AC/DC hybrid microgrid with EHS is carried out.Firstly,an EHS model and a load model are established.Secondly,the reliability index system is defined from the perspective of system-level and equipment-level.Also system power scheduling strategies and shedding loads strategies are put forward.Thirdly,random factors such as component failure and source-grid-load uncertainty are taken into account,and the reliability evaluation method based on the sequential Monte Carlo simulation method is proposed.Finally,the improved RBTS BUS6 F4 feeder system is applied to analyze the system reliability and the influence of total capacity of new energy and capacity of equipment in EHS on system reliability.The results show that the system reliability can be effectively improved with an EHS.The total capacity of new energy has an optimal value,which makes the system reliability the highest.Increasing the capacity of certain equipment in the EHS,the system reliability can be improved but the degree of improvement is restricted by the capacity of the equipment.
