摘　　要：结合目前关于放射治疗在前列腺癌中的临床研究和循证医学证据,简述了其在前列腺癌中的应用现状和研究进展,发现无论是体外放射治疗,还是近距离放射治疗,或者是作为根治性前列腺切除术后的辅助治疗方式,均可为患者带来临床获益,并且降低相关不良事件发生率,因此值得在临床上推广应用。但治疗后要对患者进行严密的随访,以监视患者的病情变化及判断患者的预后。Combined with the current clinical research and evidence-based medical evidence of radiotherapy in prostate cancer,this paper briefly describes the application status and research progress of radiotherapy in prostate cancer.It is found that whether it is extracorporeal radiotherapy,brachytherapy,or as an adjuvant treatment after radical prostatectomy,they can bring clinical benefits to patients,and reduces the incidence of adverse events related to,so it is worthy of clinical application.However,patients should be closely followed up after treatment to monitor the changes in patients’ conditions and judge the prognosis of patients.
