摘 要:从食用菌产业市场前景、芦苇产业转型的迫切需求、丰富廉价的芦苇资源原料优势、特色食用菌品种与栽培技术优势、食用菌生产与加工基础优势5个方面分析了沅江市发展芦苇食用菌产业的优势,从生产、产地加工、资源化利用、全产业链发展4个方面总结了沅江市芦苇食用菌产业的发展模式,并提出了充分发挥政府主导作用、打造“沅江芦菇”区域公共品牌、以科技创新增强产业实力、利用现代信息技术提升产品竞争力、加大人才引进与培训力度等促进沅江芦苇食用菌产业发展的建议。This paper analyzed the development status and advantages of the edible fungi+reed industry in Yuanjiang from five aspects:the market prospect of edible fungi industry,the urgent need of reed industry transformation,abundant and cheap reed resource advantages,characteristic edible fungi varieties and cultivation technology advantages,basic advantages of edible fungi production and processing.At the same time,it summarized the development mode of the edible fungi+reed industry in Yuanjiang from four aspects of production,processing,resource utilization and whole industry chain development,and put forward to fully play the government's dominant role,establish the“Yuanjiang Lugu”regional public brand,enhance the industrial strength via scientific and technological innovation,increase the competitiveness of products via modern information technology,strengthen the introduction and training of professionals to promote the development of Yuanjiang reed and edible fungi industry.
