摘  要:空调控温结合稻壳或毛毡压盖是辽宁地区储存稻谷时应用率高且效果明显的科技储粮措施,能够有效减缓稻谷品质劣变。本试验将两种储粮措施进行对比,跟踪试验仓房整个储存周期的质量指标、储存品质指标并分析综合经济效益,结果表明,空调控温结合稻壳压盖对稻谷保鲜更加有效。Air conditioning temperature control combined with rice husk or felt capping is a scientific and technological grain storage measure with high application rate and obvious effect when storing rice in Liaoning area,it can effectively slow down the deterioration of rice quality.This experiment compares the two grain storage measures,track the quality indicators and storage quality indicators of the whole storage cycle of the test warehouse,and analyze the comprehensive economic benefits,the results showed that air conditioning temperature control combined with rice husk capping was more effective for rice preservation.
