摘　　要：食品安全关乎人们的生存与健康,食品安全质检工作尤为重要,其中,食品质检员在整个食品安全质检工作中发挥着至关重要的作用,可以直接影响和决定食品质检工作的有效性,因此,需要着力提升食品质检员质检操作技能。基于此,本文重点分析论述了有效提高食品质检员质检操作技能的途径,以期为相关从业人员提供参考。Food safety is related to people’s survival and health,and food safety quality inspection is particularly important.Among them,food quality inspectors play a vital role in the whole food safety quality inspection,which can directly affect and determine the effectiveness of food quality inspection.Therefore,efforts need to be made to improve the quality inspection operation skills of food quality inspectors.Based on this,this paper focuses on the ways to effectively improve the quality inspection operation skills of food quality inspectors,in order to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
