摘  要:2021年5月14—15日宿迁地区强降水过程具有短时雨强大、强降水持续时间短的特点。本文利用自动观测站逐时常规地面资料、MICAPS高空资料、NECP FNL 1°×1°逐6小时的全球再分析资料、雷达回波、卫星云图资料,从水汽、动力、热力不稳定以及雷达卫星等方面对此次降水过程进行了诊断分析。结果表明:影响宿迁地区的弓形回波自西南向东北推进,强度高达57 dBZ,加上雨滴的拖曳作用产生的下击暴流,给该地区带来大风和强降水天气;宿迁地区处于切边线南侧西南暖湿流场中,随着高空冷涡甩下的冷空气侵入,冷暖气流交汇,产生暖切变型短时强降水;低层辐合、高层辐散的形势,加上底层高能高湿的配置,有利于不稳定能量的释放,导致强降水的发生。From May 14 to 15 in 2021,the heavy precipitation process had remarkable characteristics such as short sharp precipitation intensity and short duration intense precipitation in Suqian area.Applying with meteorological observation data from conventional weather stations and intensive automatic weather stations,NCEP FNL reanalysis data(resolution:1°×1°),Radar data,Satellite cloud image data,a diagnostic analysis about the heavy precipitation had been carried out from various aspects including the water vapor,dynamic and thermal instability,radar and satellite.This results research of diagnostic analysis turned out that Bow echo advancing from southwest to Northeast in Suqian area had an intensity as high as 57 dBZ.This Bow echo process alonging with downburst due to the drag of raindrops brought strong winds and heavy precipitation to the area.The Suqian area in the process was located on the south side of the tangent line of southwesterly warm and wet flow field.With the invasion of the cold air thrown by the high-altitude cold vortex,the cold and warm air mass converged in this area and produced warm shear type short-term heavy precipitation.The situation about convergence(divergence)at the bottom(top)and the configuration of high-energy and high-humidity at the bottom operated in favour of the release of unstable energy,eventually resulting in the occurrence and development of heavy precipitation.
