摘 要:结构化研讨作为一种互动式学习方式,以学员为教学主体,以讨论的教学形式设定研讨方向,分组、分层、分阶段、多角度地运用研讨工具,分析并解决问题,旨在启发和培养学员的研究性思维。将结构化研讨应用于防雷减灾行政管理培训教学中,更加符合防雷减灾体制改革对教学方法创新的需要,有利于提升防雷减灾人员的能力。Structured discussion,as an interactive learning method,takes students as the main teaching body,takes discussion as the teaching form,sets the direction of discussion,groups stratification and stages,uses the discussion tools from multiple angles,analyzes and solves problems,aims to inspire and cultivate students’research thinking.The application of structured discussion in the administrative management training and teaching of lightning protection and disaster reduction is suitable for the needs of teaching method innovation in the reform of the system of lightning protection and disaster reduction,and conducive to the improvement of the ability and quality of the personnel of lightning protection and disaster reduction.
