摘 要:近年来大量的污染物进入到水体中导致水环境质量下降,如何通过区域水环境容量研究实施污染物总量控制成为当今研究的热点问题之一。以浙江省湖州市区为例,首先分析得出湖州市区的水质现状和主要污染物高锰酸盐指数和氨氮的演变趋势;构建了研究区域一维非稳态水环境数学模型,提出了采用控制断面达标法和功能区水质总体达标法的双达标方法计算研究区域高锰酸盐指数和氨氮的水环境容量。研究结果表明:(1)双重达标条件下,湖州市区高锰酸盐指数和氨氮的水环境容量分别是24199t/a、2823t/a;(2)湖州市区2019年高锰酸盐指数和氨氮的污染削减率分别为0%、12%。In recent years,a large amount of pollutants has been brought into the water environment,which has led to a significant decline in the quality of the water environment.Therefore,how to control the total amount of pollutants through the study of regional water environment capacity has become a hot topic in today’s research.Taking Huzhou City,Zhejiang Province as an example,the current water quality and the main pollutant permanganate index and the evolution trend of ammonia nitrogen in Huzhou City are obtained firstly;a one-dimensional study area is constructed.The mathematical model of the unsteady water environment proposes the double compliance method of the control section compliance method and the functional area water quality overall compliance method to calculate the water environmental capacity of the study area permanganate index and ammonia nitrogen.The research results show that:(1)Under the conditions of double compliance,the water environmental capacity of permanganate index and ammonia nitrogen in Huzhou urban area are 24199 t/a and 2823 t/a respectively;(2)Permanganate in Huzhou urban area in 2019 The pollution reduction rate of index and ammonia nitrogen are 0%and 12%respectively.
