摘　　要：我国是农牧业大国,饲料总产量一直位居世界前列,但是行业表现出大而不强的问题,导致至今仍未发展成为支柱性行业。探究原因,很重要的一点在于我国饲料企业普遍位于乡村地区,受工作环境、发展前途、收入待遇、职业规划等多方面因素影响,难以吸引到高素质、高精尖人才。因此,要想推动我国饲料行业高质量发展,实现跨越式突破,要顺应时代的方向,探索出一条大学生返乡就业创业与我国饲料企业更好对接的新型发展道路,一方面企业可以注入新鲜血液,获取到新的管理知识;另一方面大学生也可以获得合适的就业机会,实现双赢。China is a big country in agriculture and animal husbandry,the total output of feed has been in the forefront of the world,but the industry has also shown a large but not strong problem,resulting in has not yet developed into a pillar industry.To explore the reasons,it is very important that China's feed enterprises are generally located in rural areas,affected by the working environment,development prospects,income and treatment,career planning and other factors,it is difficult to attract high-quality high-end talents.Therefore,in order to promote the high-quality development of China's feed industry and achieve a leapfrog breakthrough of feed enterprises,it is necessary to explore a new development path for college students to return to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship and better docking with China's feed enterprises.On the one hand,enterprises can inject fresh blood and obtain the latest management knowledge;On the other hand,college students can also get suitable employment opportunities to achieve a win-win situation.
