摘 要:[目的]构建精准的护理绩效独立考核指标体系。[方法]采用德尔菲专家咨询法,通过两轮共18名专家咨询建立精准化的护理绩效独立考核指标。[结果]两轮专家函询表的回收率均为100%,第二轮专家咨询的权威系数为0.899,一级和二级指标专家意见的协调系数分别为0.54、0.36(P<0.001)。最终确立护理绩效的考核指标体系:一级指标4项,二级指标23项;一级、二级指标的变异系数(CV)范围在0.106~0.250。[结论]该研究构建的护理绩效考核体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性,从内容上体现了“精准”的考核,为推进护理人员薪酬制度的公平合理以及护理岗位的管理提供了依据。Objective To construct an independent assessment index accurate system for nursing performance.Methods Delphi expert consultation method was used to establish an accurate independent evaluation index of nursing performance through two rounds of 18 expert consultations.Results The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation documents was 100%.The authoritative coefficient of the second round of expert consultation was 0.899,and the coordination coefficients of the first and second level expert opinions was 0.54 and 0.36 respectively(P<0.001).The final evaluation index system for nursing performance included 4 indicators for level 1 and 23 items for level 2;The coefficient of variation(CV)for first and second level indicators ranges from 0.156 to 0.250.Conclusions The nursing performance appraisal system constructed in this study is scientific and reliable.It reflects the“precise”assessment from the content,and provides basis for promoting the fairness and reasonableness of nursing staff s remuneration system and the management of nursing posts.
