摘 要:采用亚硫酸氢钠(NaHSO3)/尿素还原预处理和蛋白酶处理相结合,对羊绒针织物进行抗起毛起球处理。优化了处理工艺,并通过纤维表面形貌和结构分析,探讨还原预处理和蛋白酶对羊绒的作用方式。结果表明,当NaHSO3质量分数为10%omf、尿素质量浓度30 g/L、处理时间40 min、处理温度30℃时,纤维本体无损伤,强力下降在可接受的范围内,织物抗起毛起球等级可提高1级。NaHSO3/尿素和蛋白酶联合处理能明显提高蛋白酶对羊绒鳞片的去除效果,蛋白酶质量浓度0.1 g/L时,羊绒织物起毛起球级数达到3.5级,比未处理试样提高1.5级。The anti-pilling finishing of cashmere knitted fabric is carried out by using sodium bisulfite(NaHSO3)/urea as reducing agent and combined with protease treatment.The treatment process is optimized,and the action mode of reduction and protease on cashmere is discussed through the analysis of the surface morphology and structure of the treated fabric.The results show that when the concentration of NaSHO3 is 10%(omf),urea is 30 g/L,treatment time is 40 min and temperature is 30℃,the pilling grade increases by Grade 1,without damaging the internal structure of cashmere,and the range of fiber strength reduction is acceptable.The pretreatment of NaHSO3/urea can increase the removal effect of the protease on surface scale of the cashmere,when the content of protease is 0.1 g/L,the pilling grade of cashmere fabric reaches Grade 3.5,which is Grade1.5 higher than that of the untreated sample.
