星蒌承气汤治疗46例痰热腑实型急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效及睡眠质量观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨星蒌承气汤治疗痰热腑实型急性脑梗死的临床疗效和对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月就诊于安溪县中医院的痰热腑实型急性脑梗死患者92例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服星蒌承气汤治疗。观察2组的临床疗效、BADL评分、中医证候积分、NIHSS评分、PSQI评分情况。结果:治疗后对照组NIHSS评分、中医证候积分、PSQI评分低于对照组,BADL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:星蒌承气汤治疗痰热腑实型急性缺脑梗死可提高患者日常生活能力,改善临床症状和睡眠质量,减轻神经功能缺损。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xinglou Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with sydrome of excessive fu-viscera caused by phlegm-heat and its effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 92 patients with excessive fu-viscera caused by phlegm-heat type acute cerebral infarction treated in Anxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 was selected as objects and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 46 cases each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Xinglou Chengqi decoction on the basis.Clinical efficacy,BADL,TCM syndrome,NIHSS and PSQI score of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,NIHSS,TCM syndrome and PSQI score were lower and BADL score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinglou Chengqi Decoction can improve the daily living ability,clinical symptoms and sleep quality of patients with excessive fu-viscera caused by phlegm-heat type acute ischemic cerebral infarction,and alleviate neurological deficits.
