摘　　要：目的:研究鼻咽癌患者新辅助化疗加同步放化疗中的症状及睡眠情况。方法:选择符合标准的鼻咽癌患者101例,使用安德森症状量表(MDASI)评估患者新辅助化疗前、新辅助化疗后、同步放化疗后的症状和睡眠情况。结果:症状发生的频率从高到低依次为:治疗前为疲乏、睡眠不安、苦恼、健忘;新辅助化疗后为恶心、胃口差、呕吐、疲乏;同步放化疗后依次为口干、呕吐、胃口差、恶心。同步放化疗后,患者的疲乏症状较新辅助化疗后加重(P<0.05),与治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);恶心、呕吐症状均比治疗前加重(P<0.05),均与新辅助化疗后无显著差异(P>0.05);胃口差、嗜睡、口干症状均比治疗前和新辅助化疗后加重(P<0.05)。结论:鼻咽癌患者治疗过程症状呈动态改变,部分症状随治疗的进行而加重,可在不同阶段制定相应措施减轻症状,提高生命质量。Objective:To investigatethe symptoms and sleep quality among nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy andconcurrent chemoradiotherapy.Methods:A total of 101 NPC patients were enrolled.M.D.Anderson Symptom Inventory(MDASI)was used to assess the symptom before treatment,after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and concurrent chemoradiation.Results:The frequency of symptoms from high to low,before treatment were fatigue,sleepiness and distressed,after neoadjuvant chemotherapy were nausea,poor appetite,vomit,fatigue,and after concurrent chemoradiation were dry mouth,nausea,poor appetite,vomit.After concurrent chemoradiotherapy,fatigue symptoms of patients were worse than those after neoadjuvant chemotherapy(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05).The symptoms of nausea and vomiting were worse than before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between them and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy(P>0.05).The symptoms of poor appetite,drowsiness and dry mouth were worse than before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The symptoms of NPC patients change dynamically during treatment.Some symptoms got worse as the treatment carried out.Some measures can be taken at different stages to relieve these symptoms and increase their quality of life.
