摘　　要：详细介绍了某15 MW汽轮机错油门调节装置设备故障分析及设备改造过程,得到了比较理想的改造效果。结论:REXA执行器适合错油门油动机调节方式的电调改造。This paper introduces in detail the equipment fault analysis and equipment transformation process of the pilot valve regulating device of a 15 MW steam turbine,and obtains an ideal transformation effect.Conclusion:rexa actuator is suitable for electric regula⁃tion transformation of wrong throttle hydraulic servo motor regulation mode.
