摘　　要：本文基于国内餐厨垃圾处理的发展趋势,在结合相关调查和理论分析的基础上,对餐厨垃圾的产生量、组份、收集和运输方式进行研究,从而对城市餐厨垃圾管理提出相应的处置方式,以实现餐厨垃圾“三化”利用的可能性。Based on the development trend of food waste treatment in China,this paper studies the amount,composition,collection and transportation of food waste on the basis of relevant investigation and theoretical analysis,therefore,it puts forward the corresponding disposal methods for the management of the urban kitchen garbage,so as to realize the possibility of the“three modernizations”utilization of the kitchen garbage.
