小剂量干扰素联合阿糖胞苷治疗慢性粒细胞白血病患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析慢性粒细胞白血病患者采用小剂量干扰素联合阿糖胞苷治疗的临床效果。方法将2017年1月至2018年12月我院收治的100例慢性粒细胞白血病患者纳入此次研究,采取随机分组法将100例患者分为两组,对照组(n=50)采取阿糖胞苷进行治疗,观察组(n=50)采取小剂量干扰素联合阿糖胞苷进行治疗,观察两组患者总有效率、血液学缓解时间、细胞遗传学缓解时间、不良反应发生率及治疗前后白细胞水平、生活质量评分。结果观察组临床有效率、血液学缓解时间及细胞遗传学缓解时间均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组白细胞水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会认知、认知功能及总体生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用小剂量干扰素联合阿糖胞苷治疗慢性粒细胞白血病,可缩短患者血液学缓解时间、细胞遗传学缓解时间,使患者生存时间得以延长,且不良反应较少,临床效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low dose interferon combined with cytarabine in the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic myeloid leukemia were chosen in the period from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital and divided into 2 groups including control groups(50 cases)with cytarabine and observation group(50 cases)with low dose interferon combined with cytarabine.The total effective rate,hematology remission time,cytogenetics remission time,adverse reactions rate,leukocyte level and quality of life scores before and after treatment were observed.Results The clinical efficiency,hematology and cytogenetics of observation group for 72.00%,(5.42±1.13)months,(8.31±1.42)months were significantly better than control group for 50.00%,(11.25±1.35)months,(10.29±1.22)months(P<0.05).The leukocyte level of observation group after treatment for(15.73±1.54)×10^(9)/L was significantly lower than control group for(8.54±1.22)×10^(9)/L(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function,social cognition,cognitive function and overall quality of life of observation group for(75.34±3.26)points,(60.27±3.15)points,(58.37±2.48)points,(59.83±4.30)points,(83.85±6.12)points were significantly higher than control group for(63.12±3.57)points,(44.26±2.81)points,(50.23±2.54)points,(48.24±3.41)points,(72.34±5.31)points(P<0.05).Conclusion low dose interferon combined with cytarabine in the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia can efficiently shorten the hematological and cytogenetic remission time of patients,prolong the survival time of patients and reduce adverse reactions.
