摘 要:碱性脂肪酶与硫酸亚铁(Ⅱ)添加剂对靛蓝染料的还原与增溶效果显著,尽管其在靛蓝质量浓度为7.5 g/L的体系中获得的染色强度与3.0 g/L靛蓝染料在连二亚硫酸盐体系中获得的染色强度相当。在无靛蓝和有靛蓝的情况下,还原液在碱性脂肪酶体系中的稳定性总体上优于在二亚硫酸盐体系中的稳定性。连二亚硫酸盐体系对染色棉织物的表面损伤较明显,而碱性脂肪酶体系对染色棉织物的表面损伤较小。在两种还原体系中,染色棉织物的色牢度相当。因此,用碱性脂肪酶和硫酸亚铁(Ⅱ)完全替代连二亚硫酸钠是可能的。Alkaline lipase along with iron(Ⅱ)sulfate additive was found to be remarkably effective in reduction and solubilization of indigo though comparable dye strength was obtained with 7.5 g/L against with 3.0 g/L in dithionite system.The stability of reduced baths in absence and presence of indigo showed overall better stability in alkaline lipase system compared to that in dithionite system.Damage on the surface of dyed cotton fabric was a little more in dithionite system while less prominent in alkaline lipase-based reducing system.The color fastness of dyed cotton was similar in both the reducing systems.Thus it is possible to substitute sodium dithionite completely with alkaline lipase along with iron(Ⅱ)sulfate.
