摘  要:落实教学在工作中的中心地位,提高本科教学质量,院校从实际工作出发,至上而下搭建了质量保障系统。院校从思想认识、政策导向、师资建设、组织保证、责任落实、督促检查、经费保障等方面落实了教学工作的中心地位。以评促建,评建结合,学校及各院(部)管理和服务部门,已形成了人人关心教学,人人参与质量管理的新局面。To implement the central position of teaching in the work and improve the quality of undergraduate teaching,colleges and universities set up the quality guarantee system from the top to the bottom.Colleges and universities have realized the central position of teaching work from the aspects of ideology,policy guidance,teacher construction,organization guarantee,responsibility implementation,supervision and inspection,fund guarantee,etc..With the combination of evaluation and construction,the management and service departments of schools and colleges have formed a new situation in which everyone cares about teaching and participates in quality management.
