新工科背景下理工科本科生创新创业素养培养的路径探析

摘　　要：随着新工科建设的逐渐深入与推进,各行各业对创新创业型、应用型人才的需求量倍增。为适应高校提质增效转型的阶段趋势、助力创新型国家建设,以理工科本科生创新创业素养培养为切入点,聚焦创新创业意识引领、课程体系搭建、师资资源分配、实践平台建立等不足,有针对性地提出解决路径,推动工程教育改革,实现社会产业转型升级发展。With the advancement of new engineering construction,the demand for innovative,entrepreneurial and application-oriented talents has doubled.In order to adapt to the phase trend of the transformation of improving quality and efficiency in universities and make our country an innovative one,we start from cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship of undergraduate in science and engineering.Otherwise,focusing on the deficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship awareness,curriculum system construction,teacher resource allocation,practice platform establishment and so on,targeted solutions are proposed,which will promote the reform of engineering education and realize the transformation and upgrading of social industries.
