摘  要:乙酸异戊酯是许多工业产品的主要原料,市场需求量很大,但高价格、不易提取等缺点严重阻碍了其商业化进程,因此发展低成本、高活性的乙酸异戊酯的催化剂是打开其商业道路的关键。本文综述近年来合成乙酸异戊酯催化剂的研究进展,包括无机类、有机酸类和其他类催化剂,主要为硫酸、无机盐、磺化硅胶、磺化炭、分子筛和离子交换树脂、固体超强酸、杂多酸(盐)与负载型杂多酸、有机酸和离子液体催化剂,并对以上催化剂逐一进行介绍。在此基础上,分析各类型的催化剂催化酯化反应的特性和催化机制,并对合成乙酸异戊酯的催化剂进行了总结和展望,以期为后续催化反应的理论探索和生产应用提供参考。Isoamyl acetate is the main raw material for many industrial products,and the market demand is great,but its high price,difficult to extract and other shortcomings seriously hinder its commercialization process,so the development of low-cost,high-activity isoamyl acetate catalyst is the key to open its business path.This article reviewed the research progress of catalysts for the synthesis of isoamyl acetate in recent years,including inorganic,organic and other catalysts,mainly sulfuric acid,inorganic salts,sulfonated silica gel,sulfonated carbon,analytical sieves,ion exchange resins,and solids super acid,heteropoly acid(salt) and supported heteropoly acid,organic acid and ionic liquid catalyst.And the above catalysts were introduced one by one.On this basis,the characteristics and catalytic mechanism of various types of catalysts for the catalytic esterification reaction were analyzed,and the catalysts for the synthesis of isoamyl acetate were summarized and prospected,providing references for the theoretical exploration and production applications of subsequent catalytic reactions.
