复方海蛇胶囊联合盐酸美金刚片治疗阿尔茨海默病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方海蛇胶囊联合盐酸美金刚片治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)的临床疗效。方法:选取78例AD患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组40例与对照组38例。对照组给予盐酸美金刚片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用复方海蛇胶囊治疗,2组均治疗12周。比较2组临床疗效;比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分及神经精神问卷(NPI)评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.50%,高于对照组的60.53%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分及NPI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候积分及NPI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组MMSE评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗组MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方海蛇胶囊联合盐酸美金刚片治疗AD可提高临床疗效,有效改善患者的中医证候、认知功能及精神行为症状。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of compound Haishe capsules combined with memantine hydrochloride tablets for Alzheimer disease(AD).Methods:A total of 78 cases of AD patients were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 and 38 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with memantine hydrochloride tablets,and the treatment group was additionally treated with compound Haishe capsules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Before and after treatment,the scores of Chinese medicine syndromes,Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and Neuropsychiatric Inventory(NPI)in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 82.50%in the treatment group,higher than that of 60.53%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Chinese medicine syndromes and NPI in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);MMSE scores in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of compound Haishe capsules combined with memantine hydrochloride tablets for AD can enhance the clinical effect,and effectively improve the Chinese medicine syndromes,cognitive function and behavioral and psychological symptoms of patients.
