摘　　要：目的探讨^(125)I义齿基托布源器在腭部恶性肿瘤近距离放疗中的临床应用及疗效评价。方法选取2012年2月至2020年1月于山东省立医院行手术切除的腭部恶性肿瘤患者(30例),术后2周佩戴^(125)I义齿基托布源器行近距离放射治疗,随访所有患者治疗效果及有无不良反应。结果所有患者佩戴^(125)I义齿基托布源器良好,无粒子位移及丢失。30例患者随访10~60个月,其中1例单纯行^(125)I义齿基托布源器姑息治疗,随访10个月后死亡,1例腺样囊性癌患者随访2年复发,再次行手术治疗,其余患者未见肿瘤复发及转移。患者佩戴后不良反应小,语音和咀嚼功能得到改善(P<0.05)。结论对于腭部恶性肿瘤患者,术后佩戴^(125)I义齿基托布源器可有效防止肿瘤的复发及转移,减少并发症,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical application and curative efct of brachytherapy of denture applicators with ^(125)I seeds in the treatment of palatal malignant tumor.Methods Thirty patients with palatal malignant tumor who underwent surgical resection in Shandong Provincial Hospital from February 2012 to January 2020,and brachytherapy was performed with applicator additional ^(125)I seeds 2 weeks after surgery.All patients were followed up for treatment ffect and adverse reactions.Results All patients wore 21 seeds denture base denture applicator well,no ^(125)I seeds displacement and loss.30 patients had 10-60 months of follow-up.among which 1 patient received palliative treatment with ^(125)I seeds denture applicator alone died after 10 months of follow-up;1 patient with adenoid cystic carcinoma recurred after 2 years of follow-up and underwent surgical treatment again;the rest patients did not see tumor recurrence or metastasis.The side effects,pronunciation and chewing function were improved in patients(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with palatal malignant tumor,postoperative ^(125)I seeds denture applicator can effctively prevent tumor recurrence and melastasis,reduce complications,and improve the quality of life.
