摘 要:多场跨尺度分析研究有助于提高成形质量,分析花键成形过程中材料内部微观组织演变规律,对工艺优化、质量预测与控制具有非常重要的指导意义。建立了冷搓成形加工的热力耦合模型并进行了仿真模拟,分析了模拟结果的宏观尺寸及成形过程中工件微观组织演变规律,并通过改变进给速度和摩擦因数,分析工件成形过程中晶粒尺寸在不同工艺参数下的变化趋势,得到进给速度和摩擦因数对晶粒尺寸的影响,为进一步研究材料内部微观组织演变规律,花键形性一体化制造提供理论依据。Multi field and cross scale analysis is helpful to improve the forming quality and analyze the evolution law of microstructure in the process of spline forming, which has a very important guiding significance for process optimization, quality prediction and control. The thermal mechanical coupling model of cold rolling forming were established and simulated. The macro size of the simulation results and the evolution law of the microstructure in the forming process were analyzed, and the change trend of grain size under different process parameters was analyzed by changing the feed rate and friction coefficient. The influence of feed rate and friction factor on the grain size is obtained, which provided theoretical basis for further research on the evolution law of microstructure in materials and the integrated manufacturing of spline shape and properties.
