摘　　要：根尖囊肿是常见的颌骨囊肿,但在乳牙列中罕见。本文报告1例8岁患者累及多颗乳牙及恒牙胚的根尖囊肿,并就其发病机制、治疗方法及预防进行讨论。Radicular cysts are one of the most common odontogenic cysts of jaws. However, those arising from primary teeth are rare.The case of an 8-year-old patient with a massive mandibular radicular cyst involving several primary teeth and permanent embryos is reported in this paper. In addition, we also discuss its pathogenesis, treatment and prevention.
