摘  要:根据高速列车牵引电机轴承的运行工况,结合现用进口润滑脂的性能分析结果,研制一种新型高速列车牵引电机轴承润滑脂,并进行理化性能分析。对新研脂进行高速牵引电机轴承台架试验,监测试验过程中轴承的运行温度和振动情况,并对耐久性试验后的轴承进行解体检查。结果表明:新研脂各项指标均达到了产品的目标技术要求,能够在高速牵引电机轴承试验台上运行相当于列车高速运行12×10^(5) km以上的里程而且不补脂,运行期间轴承一直保持了较低的温升和振动幅度。According to operating conditions of traction motor bearings of high-speed train,combining with performance analysis results of available imported grease,new grease is developed for the bearings,and its physical and chemical properties are analyzed.The bench test of the bearings is carried out for newly developed grease.The running temperature and vibration of the bearings are monitored during test,and the bearings after durability test are disassembled and inspected.The results show that each index of newly developed grease reaches target technical requirements of product,and the bearings operate on high-speed traction motor bearing test bench with a mileage equivalent to more than 1.2 million kilometers of high-speed train without grease replenishment,and the bearings maintain a low temperature rise and vibration amplitude during operation.
