摘　　要：目的:编制肿瘤科护士灵性照护认知评价量表并验证其信效度。方法:采用文献研究法、半结构式访谈法、Delphi专家函询法形成初始量表。对南昌市3所和天津市1所三级甲等医院的301名肿瘤科护士进行问卷调查,测定灵性照护认知评价量表的信效度。结果:正式量表由3个维度24个条目组成,累积方差贡献率为71.862%。量表内容效度指数为0.917,各条目的内容效度指数为0.875~1.00。总量表Cronbach'sα系数为0.957,折半信度为0.905。结论:量表具有良好的信效度,可作为测评肿瘤科护士灵性照护认知水平的工具。Objective:To compile the cognitive evaluation scale of spiritual care for nurses in oncology department and verify its reliability and validity.Methods:The initial questionnaire was formed by literature research method,semistructured interview method and delphi expert correspondence method.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 301 oncology nurses in grade a class three hospitals(3 in Nanchang and 1 in Tianjin)to determine the reliability and validity of the cognitive evaluation scale for spiritual care.Results:The formal scale consisted of 24 items in 3 dimensions,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 71.862%.The content validity index of the scale was 0.917,and the content validity index of each item was 0.875-1.00.The total scale Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.957,and the half-reliability was 0.905.Conclusion:The scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool to evaluate the cognitive level of spiritual care of oncology nurses.
