腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术在巨大子宫肌瘤治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析巨大子宫肌瘤患者接受腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗的效果。方法:随机抽取本院2018年1月~2020年12月收治的60例巨大子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料进行统计分析,结合手术方案差异分为对照组(30例,开腹全子宫切除术)和实验组(30例,腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术),比较两组治疗效果和安全性。结果:实验组有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%,两组差异明显(P<0.05)。实验组相关临床指标结果表现更加理想(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的20.00%,两组差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:结合巨大子宫肌瘤患者病情开展腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术方式治疗,整体效果较为理想。Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic-assisted vaginal total hysterectomy for patients with giant uterine fibroids.Methods:A random sample from January 2018 to December 2020 were 60 cases of huge statistical analysis of the clinical data of patients with uterine fibroids difference combining operation program is divided into the control group(30 cases,laparotomy hysterectomy)and experimental group(30 cases,laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy),comparing two groups of therapeutic effect and safety.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The results of related clinical indicators in the experimental group were more ideal,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined with the condition of patients with huge uterine leiomyoma,laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy is effective.
