摘　　要：目的:探究断冠再接、复合树脂直接修复治疗年轻恒前牙外伤冠折的效果。方法:随机将2018年1月~2019年12月本院60例年轻恒前牙外伤冠折患者分为甲组(30例,应用复合树脂直接修复治疗)、乙组(30例,应用断冠再接术治疗)。随访2年,对比两组治疗成功率、满意度评分、美观度评分。结果:甲组和乙组治疗后半年、1年、1年半、2年成功率无显著差异,P>0.05;乙组患者治疗后半年、1年、2年满意度评分较甲组更高,P<0.05;乙组治疗后半年、1年及2年美观度评分较甲组更高,P<0.05。结论:断冠再接、复合树脂直接修复治疗年轻恒前牙外伤冠折均可获得较好的效果,但断冠再接术的满意度及美观度更高。Objective:To explore the effect of reconnection of broken crown and direct restoration of composite resin in the treatment of crown fracture of young permanent anterior teeth.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,60 young patients with traumatic crown fracture of permanent anterior teeth in our hospital were randomly divided into group A(30 cases,treated with composite resin direct repair)and group B(30 cases,treated with broken crown reattachment).Follow up for 2 years,compared two groups of treatment success rate,satisfaction score,beauty score.Results:There was no significant difference in the success rate of group A and group B after half a year,1 year,one and a half years,and 2 years after treatment,P>0.05;The satisfaction scores of patients in group B were higher than those in group A for 6 months,1 year,and 2 years after treatment,P<0.05;The aesthetic scores of group B were higher than those of group A at half a year,1 year and 2 years after treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of young permanent anterior teeth with traumatic crown fracture can achieve good results,but the satisfaction and aesthetic degree of the treatment are higher.
