摘　　要：习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中指出,要“加快推进体育强国建设”,同时指出,要“讲好中国故事,提高国家文化软实力”。体育是文化的重要组成部分,体育文化也是中国特色社会主义文化的重要载体,是社会主义核心价值观的充分体现。新时代,我们要在马克思主义文化建设思想的指导下,从体育文化的顶层设计、宣传推广、科学研究、国际交往、文化保护等方面出发,进一步加强体育文化建设,坚定体育文化自信,全面提升我国体育文化软实力和竞争力,以实现伟大复兴的中国梦和体育强国梦。General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China that we should“speed up the construction of a strong sports country”and that we should“tell a good Chinese story and improve the soft power of the national culture”.Sports is an important part of culture,sports culture is also an important carrier of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,is the full embodiment of socialist core values.In the new era,we should further strengthen the construction of sports culture,strengthen the self-confidence of sports culture,and comprehensively enhance the soft power and competitiveness of sports culture in China under the guidance of Marxist cultural construction thought and proceed from the top-level design,publicity and promotion,scientific research,international exchanges and cultural protection of sports culture,in order to realize the great revival of the Chinese dream and sports power dream.
