摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法,从外籍教练、中国教练和翻译等三个角度对全国青少年校园足球“满天星”训练营外籍教练的工作效果及影响因素进行调查研究,结果表明:“满天星”训练营的外籍教练大部分具有丰富的执教经验和水平,他们负责训练营的训练计划制定、实施和教练员培训等工作,但很少指挥训练的队伍比赛。外籍教练的工作效果主要受到训练条件不稳定、中外教练训练理念的差异、翻译的专业性不强等因素的影响。From the perspectives of foreign coaches,Chinese coaches and interpreters,this paper studies the job performance and influential factors of foreign coaches employed by Chinese National Youth School Football STARS Training bases through methods of literature,questionnaire and interview.Most foreign coaches employed by STARS training bases are well qualified.Key responsibilities include coaching training sessions,designing curriculums and being coach mentors.There are few opportunities for them to coach their teams on matchday.Uncertain training constraints,different coaching philosophies and interpreters’lack of background knowledge are factors that affected foreign coaches’job performance.
