女性原发性尿道黏液腺癌合并印戒细胞癌一例报告

摘　　要：女性原发性尿道腺癌临床罕见。本文报道1例原发性尿道黏液腺癌合并印戒细胞癌患者,外院行尿道肿瘤切除术,术后检查提示肿瘤残存,后再次行尿道肿瘤切除术将肿瘤完整切除。随访11个月肿瘤无残留、复发。Primary female urethral adenocarcinoma is rare.This paper reports a case of primary urethral mucinous adenocarcinoma complicated with signet ring cell carcinoma.The patient underwent urethral tumor resection in another hospital.Postoperative examination indicated that the tumor remained,and the tumor was completely removed after urethral tumor resection.After 11 months of follow-up,there was no tumor residue or recurrence.
