枳实消痞丸联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗功能性消化不良临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨功能性消化不良患者采用马来酸曲美布汀联合枳实消痞丸治疗的疗效及临床应用价值。方法方便选取2019年1月—2021年1月该院收诊治疗功能性消化不良患者120例观察分析,根据随机数表法分组,对照组(60例)单纯采用马来酸曲美布汀治疗,观察组(60例)在其基础上联合枳实消痞丸治疗,观察对比治疗效果,评估两组患者治疗前后症状改善情况,检测对比各组患者治疗前后胃肠功能指标变化,统计两组患者治疗后不良反应总发生概率。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为98.33%明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.982,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前评估症状得分,检测胃肠功能指标结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者反酸(2.13±0.52)分、腹痛(2.25±0.41)分、嗳气(2.62±0.57)分、恶心(2.31±0.57)分症状评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=28.793、35.500、22.490、23.071,P<0.05),同时观察组患者检测胃肠功能指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论功能性消化不良患者采用马来酸曲美布汀联合枳实消痞丸治疗具有确切疗效,可有效缓解患者症候表现,提高胃肠功能,安全性佳,值得临床运用推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy and clinical application value of trimebutine maleate combined with Zhishi Xiaopi Pills in patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods From January 2019 to January 2021,120 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted and treated in the hospital were conveniently selected for observation and analysis.They were grouped according to the random number table method.The control group(60 cases)was treated with trimebutine maleate alone.The observation group(60 cases)was combined with Zhishi Xiaopi Pills on the basis of the treatment,to observe and compare the treatment effects,evaluate the improvement of symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment,test and compare the changes in gastrointestinal function indexes of each group before and after treatment,and count the two groups of patients of the total probability of adverse reactions after treatment.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 98.33%significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.982,P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in the evaluation of symptoms and gastrointestinal function indexes before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,patients in the observation group had acid reflux(2.13±0.52)points,abdominal pain(2.25±0.41)points,and belching(2.62±0.57)points and nausea(2.31±0.57)points symptom scores were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=28.793,35.500,22.490,23.071,P<0.05),and the gastrointestinal function indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia with trimebutine maleate combined with Zhishi Xiaopi Pills has definite curative eff
