摘　　要：目的探讨Neuroform EZ支架治疗老年症状性颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄(ICAS)的临床疗效。方法回顾性纳入2017年1月至2019年10月西安市第一医院神经外科连续收治的42例应用Neuroform EZ支架治疗的老年ICAS患者(共43个靶病变血管),所有患者术前脑血管造影明确诊断。术后1、3个月进行临床随访,术后6、12个月进行临床随访和影像学随访,记录Neuroform EZ支架治疗老年症状性ICAS的成功率、术后狭窄率及并发症情况。结果42例患者共使用43枚支架,介入治疗成功率100%。狭窄率从术前[(84±6)%]降至术后[(19±5)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。围术期并发症发生率为4.76%,术后48 h出现高灌注出血1例,术后第2天出现支架内血栓形成1例;28例进行了首次及>6个月的临床及影像学随访,1例患者随访11.3个月时出现支架内再狭窄。结论Neuroform EZ支架治疗老年症状性ICAS疗效好,安全性较高。Aim To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Neuroform EZ stent in the treatment of senile symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis(ICAS).Methods From January 2017 to October 2019,42 elderly patients(43 target vessels)with ICAS were treated with Neuroform EZ stent in our hospital.All patients were diagnosed by cerebral angiography before operation.Clinical follow-up was conducted at 1 and 3 months after the operation,and clinical follow-up and imaging follow-up were conducted at 6 and 12 months after the operation to evaluate Neuroform Objective to evaluate the success rate,postoperative stenosis rate and complications of EZ stent in the treatment of senile symptomatic ICAS.Results Fortythree stents were used in 42 patients,and the success rate of interventional therapy was 100%.The stenosis rate decreased from(84±6)%to(19±5)%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of perioperative complications was 4.76%;28 patients completed the first and more than 6 months of clinical and imaging follow-up,and one patient developed in stent restenosis after 11.3 months of follow-up.Conclusion Neuroform EZ stent is safe and effective in the treatment of senile symptomatic ICAS.
